Is there a free trial available?
Yes, you can try unlimited free for 7 days.
Can I change my plan later?
Of course. Click "Upgrade" anywhere in our app, or visit our pricing page for details on how to access unlimited. You can amend or cancel your plan in your account page at any time.
What is your cancellation policy?
You can cancel your Unlimited plan at any time to avoid recurring payments with just a single (easy-to-find) click on your account page. Just toggle "Auto-renewal" off (grey).
Can other info be added to an invoice?
At the moment, the only way to add additional information to invoices is to request amendments via our team on support@gethireable.com.
How does billing work?
Your first payment will be taken upon completion of your 7-day free trial, and on the same day every month thereafter until cancellation. If you cancel your plan at any time, you will still have access to your subscription until the end of the billing period.
